Our team can support you with identifying, targeting, engaging and monitoring your audiences to inform effective audience development planning.
Audience development planning

- Or supporting you in developing plans for targeting particular identified audiences such as families, deaf and disabled audiences, local communities or young or older people.
Depending on your existing knowledge and understanding and available resources, this might also involve all or some of the following areas of work with you:
Identifying and understanding target audiences and their needs
- Using desk research sources and drawing on Audiences London's knowledge bank.
- Supported by primary research or consultation as appropriate.
Marketing and communications planning
- Planning of effective communications and marketing to attract target audiences.
Building engagement with target audiences through a community engagement approach
- AL can provide case-studies of effective practice and/or consultancy to support planning and setting objectives.
- AL also offers outreach work to engage partner community organisations and groups and to initiate relationships.
Monitoring audiences
- Support for (or full delivery of) setting up and implementing an effective monitoring approach to evaluate audience profiles, extent of catchment areas, audience needs, benefits, motivations and satisfaction levels to inform audience development practice and planning.
