Using Arts Audiences: Insight to grow your audiences
This free symposium will introduce Arts Council England’s Arts Audiences: Insight segmentation – a valuable resource to help you understand and reach current and potential arts attenders.
Arts Audiences: Insight divides the English population into 13 segments based on how the arts fits into people’s lives, and helps us distinguish between people who are highly engaged, somewhat engaged or not currently engaged with the arts.
This interactive, workshop-style event will include:
- Presentation about the role of Arts Audiences: Insight in funding agreements and KPI discussions
- An introduction to Arts Audiences: Insight showing how we can use it to inform our engagement strategies
- Discussion of the drivers and motivations of the key ‘somewhat engaged’ segments
- A chance to hear from real life audience members through a series of vox pop interviews
- Opportunity to apply what you hear to your own plans
- Free Arts Audiences: Insight publication for all delegates
The symposium is for you if you:
- Want to know more about ACE’s engagement strategies
- Are keen to reach out to the large number of people who are already somewhat engaged with the arts and could be persuaded to do more
- Want some practical ideas to develop your marketing and engagement strategies
You can find out more about Arts Audiences: Insight on the ACE website here.
